HBC HORIZONS LLC ("HBC Horizons", "we") carries out hospital activities, wholesale and retail trade including pharmaceutical, medical, orthopaedic and cosmetic goods, operates a café, provides information services, education, and rents premises and equipment. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the Fundamentals of Ukrainian Healthcare Legislation and the GDPR.

2. Patients
Health data is processed by healthcare professionals bound by medical confidentiality, for diagnosis, treatment and medical records as required by law. Access is limited to those involved in your care.
3. Pharmacy
Prescription data is processed as required for dispensing medicines, including e-prescription systems.
4. Equipment rental
Identity data, delivery address, rental agreements and deposits. We record only the equipment rented, not diagnoses.
5. Patient school
Registration data; participants are not required to share health information.
6. Purposes and grounds
Provision of healthcare (special category data processed by medical professionals), performance of contracts, legal obligations, consent.
7. Recipients
Healthcare system registers as required by law, laboratories and partner clinics with your consent. We do not sell personal data.
8. Your rights
You may access your data, including medical records as provided by law, correct and delete data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
